QA/QC Introduction

Our QC department is formed by 10 professional quality inspectors. Most of them are at least university graduates in the related discipline.

Our own quality system is as follows:
1) Vendors/suppliers accreditation system
2) QA team
3) AQL and zero defects system
4) Staff training system
5) QC system
6) External/stationed QC
7) Inbound QC (100% accessories inspection, detailed QC based on zero defects sampling system)
8) Production QC, on-line QC
9) Pre-shipment QC according to AQL internal/external feedback
